The Global Advocacy Center for African Development, Inc. (GOCADev) is founded with the fundamental idea that Change cannot be seen in the world if disadvantaged people do not have the same opportunities to unlock their full potential. To realize this idea, we have identified some critical areas where change can really be seen and promote adequate solutions for change.
